WILFRID GORDON MCDONALD PARTRIDGE will premiere at Flickerfest with two screenings, one as part of the Australian Shorts category on Saturday 20th January, the other on Saturday 27th January as part of FlickerKids Shorts.

WILFRID GORDON MCDONALD PARTRIDGE has won two awards with cinematographer Pete Moses winning the Gold Award for Best Student Cinematography at the NSW & ACT Australian Cinematography Society awards and Danny Long Casting winning Best Casting of a Short Film at the Casting Guild Australia awards.

Audience members are invited to attend the workshops as spectators. Great for Directors and Actors to observe and learn. Free Filmmaking Workshop with Scone Literary Festival for young people aged 15-25
Join Hattie Archibald along with Hugo Morgan & Richie Lawton in their home town of Scone, NSW on Friday 10th March 2023 for a free filmmaking workshop for young people as part of the Scone Literary Festival.
Interested in learning more about Assistant Directing?
Through lockdown, Hattie worked with AFTRS to create a short (cheap!) online course on an ‘Introduction to Assistant Directing’ . The course is run periodically and includes interviews with some AMAZING assistant director veterans, including John Martin, Neil Sharma and Natasha Romaniuk. It also offers exercises for how to schedule a shoot, and explains the different AD roles on set.
Meet The Creators ‘The Female Frame’
In October 2021, Hattie had the privilege of moderating a panel about ‘The Female Frame’ for the AFTRS and ACMI ‘Meet the Creators’ series featuring panelists Gillian Armstrong, Samantha Lang, Unjoo Moon and Vanessa Gazy.
